In the doubles Oliver Pridmore and Williams defeated Chris Chapman and John Woods-Casey, having beaten Booth and Ben Hudson in an epic match the night before.
We had a hugely successful weekend with one of the largest Victorian Open draws in a long time, as well as a B Grade event with singles and doubles. John McNamara was too strong for Emma Clyde in the singles and then McNamara partnered Jimmy O’Sullivan to beat Richard Hince and Jo See Tan.
