2027 Ladies World Championship Singles & Doubles

The Royal Melbourne Tennis Club is thrilled to host this event from Sat. 27 March to Sat. 3 April 2027, with a minimum prize pool of US$12,500. Our goal is quite simply to host the biggest ever women's tennis event.

The program will showcase not only top-level women's tennis but also encourage participation in events for those players who don't qualify for the Ladies World Championships. Tournaments will include:

• The Ladies World Championships Singles and Doubles
• Plate event for players in the main LWC singles draw, offering even more opportunities for competitive tennis
• Graded women's singles and doubles tournaments
• Handicap mixed doubles
• Women's Exhibition Match

To support the development of Women's Tennis, women's tennis clinics will also be offered during the tournament.

On the social side, there will be an Opening Party and a Championship presentation dinner, and billets will be available for visiting players.

Women players of all standards are invited to join us, to play tennis and/or simply to join the social events.

The 2027 Australian Women's Open Singles & Doubles will follow on from the Ladies World Championship and be held at the Sydney Real Tennis Club from Wed. 7 April to Sat. 10 April.
