Royal Melbourne Tennis Club
Ambition: To build the RMTC Foundation Fund from $0.3m now to at least $5m by 2040 - from annual donations and bequests.
Why: To strengthen real tennis in Melbourne by having the financial capability to:
- Attract new players to the game; and
- Support the development of elite players, both as amateurs and those who are looking to pursue a professional real tennis career.
2026 marked the third year of RMTC Foundation Scholarships. Three Foundation scholarships were awarded to Emma Clyde, Thomas McNamara and Jimmy O'Sullivan.
Donations made to the RMTC Foundation via the Australian Sports Foundation are tax-deductible.
