It was a weekend of hotly contested matches and quality handicap tennis. In the end the four competitors who played their best tennis made the two finals with Hugh Dolan the standout in the singles, winning the final 9/5 over Helen Schultz.

In the doubles, Tim Raw and Dafydd Camp came through a very close pool in the round robin stage and won two very close finals defeating Hugh Dolan and Helen Schultz 6/5 in the final.

A huge thank you to Helen Schultz for providing a delicious bolognese pasta for the hungry masses who turned out to see the opening round matches during the First Friday of the Month function. It was a great night, enjoyed by all who attended.
